Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rhino
Tattoo Studio ("Studio," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our services and website.
By booking an appointment, receiving services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by
these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.
Eligibility and Age Requirements
To receive our services, you must:
- Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years old with valid government-issued
photo ID
- Legal Capacity: Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Health Requirements: Be in good health and disclose any medical conditions
that may affect the procedure
- Sobriety: Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Consent: Provide informed consent for all procedures
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or whose
behavior is inappropriate.
Appointment Booking and Cancellation
Booking Requirements
- All appointments must be booked in advance
- A consultation may be required for complex designs
- Deposit may be required to secure appointment slots
- Valid ID must be presented at the time of appointment
Cancellation Policy
- 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund of deposit (if applicable)
- Less than 24 Hours: 50% of deposit retained
- No-show: Full deposit forfeited
- Rescheduling: Must be done at least 24 hours in advance
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. Late fees
may apply for appointments that proceed with reduced time.
Tattoo and Piercing Services
Design and Artwork
- Custom designs are included in the quoted service price
- Design approval is required before beginning any work
- Minor modifications can be made during consultation
- Significant design changes may affect pricing and timing
- All artwork remains the intellectual property of the studio
Service Standards
- All equipment is single-use or properly sterilized
- We follow strict health and safety protocols
- High-quality inks and jewelry are used exclusively
- Detailed aftercare instructions are provided
- Touch-up policy applies to new work (see below)
Pricing and Payment
Pricing Structure
- Prices are quoted based on size, complexity, and location
- Custom design work is included in the base price
- Additional charges may apply for premium inks or jewelry
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Quoted prices are valid for 30 days
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
- Deposits are non-refundable except as outlined in cancellation policy
- Tips are appreciated but not required
- Payment plans may be available for large pieces (inquire for details)
Health and Safety
Health Disclosure
Clients must disclose any:
- Medical conditions or medications
- Allergies to inks, metals, or cleaning products
- History of keloid scarring or poor healing
- Blood-borne diseases or immune system disorders
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding status
Safety Protocols
- All staff are trained in bloodborne pathogen safety
- Equipment is sterilized according to health department standards
- Single-use needles and equipment are disposed of properly
- Work areas are sanitized between clients
- Health department licenses are current and displayed
Aftercare and Healing
Aftercare Responsibility
- Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided
- Following aftercare instructions is crucial for proper healing
- Failure to follow aftercare may void touch-up guarantees
- Contact us immediately if signs of infection occur
- Aftercare products are available for purchase
Touch-Up Policy
- Free touch-ups are provided within 6 months of original work
- Touch-ups only cover normal healing variations
- Client must have followed all aftercare instructions
- Damage from sun exposure, poor care, or trauma is not covered
- Appointment must be scheduled for touch-up work
Photography and Image Use
By receiving services at our studio, you grant us permission to:
- Photograph your tattoo or piercing for our records
- Use images for promotional materials and social media
- Display your work in our portfolio (with your consent)
- Share before/after photos for educational purposes
You may opt out of promotional use by informing us in writing. Personal information will not be
shared without your explicit consent.
Liability and Risk Acknowledgment
Inherent Risks
You acknowledge that tattoos and piercings carry inherent risks including:
- Infection, allergic reactions, or scarring
- Unsatisfactory healing or appearance
- Keloid formation or color changes over time
- Need for future touch-ups or modifications
- Potential complications with medical procedures (MRI, etc.)
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rhino Tattoo Studio's liability is limited to the cost
of the original service. We are not liable for:
- Medical expenses related to complications
- Lost wages or income
- Emotional distress or pain and suffering
- Consequential or punitive damages
- Results that do not meet client expectations
Intellectual Property
- All custom designs created by our artists remain our intellectual property
- Clients receive a license to use the design on their body only
- Reproduction or distribution of our designs is prohibited
- We respect copyrighted material and will not copy protected designs
- Clients must own rights to any reference material provided
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Bringing firearms or weapons onto the premises
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
- Recording or photographing without permission
- Soliciting other clients or staff
- Damaging studio property
- Harassment of any kind
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of services and permanent ban from
the studio.
Dispute Resolution
Complaint Process
- Concerns should be addressed directly with studio management
- Written complaints will receive formal responses within 7 business days
- We will work in good faith to resolve all legitimate concerns
- Mediation may be suggested for complex disputes
Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the
courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately
upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified
Terms.
Material changes will be communicated through:
- Website notifications
- Email announcements to clients
- Posted notices in the studio
